Speaker Profile – Doug Houseman
Doug Houseman is a long-time industry veteran who has worked in many parts of the world, including in the UK for London Electricity, Yorkshire, Scottish & Southern, and Scottish Power. He is the retired chair of the IEEE Power & Energy Society Intelligent Grid and Emerging Technology Committee, a NIST resiliency fellow, an emeritus member of the GridWise Architecture Council, an advisor to DOE, and a peer reviewer for DOE, IEEE, and other organizations. He is a member of the CIGRE US committee and is the former secretary of that body.
