• Actively address barriers to women achieving their full potential and strength our allies.
• Enable and promote the participation, and contribution from women to the CIGRE technical working groups and showcase their work.
• Create a supportive community that fosters networking opportunities, advocacy and growth of women  in the energy sector. 
• To expand membership and engage with a wider female audience with diverse backgrounds.
