Engineering green energy solutions at the first global youth engineering climate conference.
CIGRE is partnering with international companies, universities, and youth groups to gather this September for a fully virtual Global Youth Engineering Climate Conference (GYECC21) hosted by National Grid – attracting students and young professionals from multiple nations to collaborate on climate challenges facing us all.
Coordinated by National Grid graduates, the conference is for students and young engineering professionals aged 16 to 35, in engineering or related technical fields (e.g. cyber, automation, AI, environmental science) from around the world. Through this event, delegates are invited to join in and collaborate on the climate challenges facing us all and in doing so, build your own global community of like-minded, valued colleagues.
CIGRE will be hosting a virtual exhibition stand at GYECC21 and is also providing mentoring support to National Grid’s Graduate Development Programme (GDP) who are leading workstreams to create conference sessions to run on both days.
