By car: The visitor car park is University of Birmingham: North East Car Park (10 minutes walk from the Y2 Building) with the exception of the ground floor, all floors are available. Speaker
Dr Xiaoyao Zhou is the Senior Technical Leader at the National Energy System Operator (NESO) for Great Britain, with over 20 years of experience in transmission system operation, planning, and investment. In his current role, he leads the development of technical policy to support the net zero operation of Great Britain’s electricity system. Dr Zhou also holds the position of Honorary Professor at the University of Birmingham, UK.
