Important Notes
- Your Eventbrite registration is only your application to attend. Confirmation of acceptance to attend will be emailed to you after the 10th August.
- If you are accepted and find that you cannot attend after all, please email (events@cigre.org.uk) so that we can release your spot to someone on the waitlist.
- You must be a UK resident and a member of CIGRE UK’s NGN section (under 35 years old) through your individual membership or the organisation that you work for.
- You must bring photo ID with you (passport or driving license)
- No photography is permitted on site
Travel
You are welcome to make your own arrangement to travel to NESO. However, if you travel by train to Reading railway station, taxis will be organised to/from NESO and the cost of the taxi paid by CIGRE UK (the costs of travelling to Reading is not included). Please meet at 1.30pm outside Reading Railway Station.
