We are excited to confirm that the CIGRE UK Paris Session reception will take place once again at the spectacular Cercle de l’Union Interalliée located at 33, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore, 75008 Paris from 6.30pm – 8.30pm on Wednesday 28th August. During the event there will be an open bar (including Champagne), a selection of fine canapés and a Jazz trio entertaining us. If the weather is fine then the event will take place in the venue’s elegant gardens, otherwise it will be held in its large, impressive Stateroom.  We are again expecting attendance of up to 300 guests.

Ticket Allocations

All fully registered delegates from the UK will be sent a simple RSVP form link to confirm that they wish to apply to attend the CIGRE UK reception.  Please note that the UK delegate list will be provided by the Session organisers.  The venue has an attendee limit and we cannot guarantee a ticket, although we will do our best to accommodate everyone, so the invitations are allocated in order that we receive an RSVP.

Once confirmed a non-transferable invite will then be sent out (as an Eventbrite invitation) that you will need to present at the event (printed or on a smart phone).  For security at the venue your invitation will be confirmed against an attendee list. If you don’t receive a ticket you will be placed on a waitlist.

A registered delegate can attend with a spouse. You can request, via the RSVP link, an additional spouse ticket.

CIGRE UK Members attending or supporting the exhibition and/or a Working Group only

Please be aware that CIGRE UK members who are only attending or supporting the exhibition and/or a working Group meetings and are not a registered delegate for the full session are not eligible for complimentary tickets.  We will be allocating any spare tickets 24 hours before the reception. To register your interest, on a first come first serve basis click this link: https://form.jotform.com/242035268462354

Sponsor Tickets

Our sponsors are allocated guest tickets that can be used by their own employees and/or for guests.  Sponsors have access to a dedicated ticket allocation portal.

Dress Code

Finally, please be aware that the venue has a very strict dress code requiring formal business attire. For gentlemen: suit, shirt and tie or jacket/blazer, shirt and tie (no Denim or casual attire please).  The Venue does not entertain exceptions to this dress code and entry unfortunately will be refused.
